The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC) convened its 2nd quarter meeting today, June 23, 2023, at the Itogon Evacuation Center, Malasin Ucab. Chaired by Vice Mayor DAX D. Godio on behalf of Mayor Bernard S. Waclin, and Councilor Albino A. Diego, committee chairman on DRR. The meeting brought together various stakeholders involved in disaster management.
Among those present were uniformed personnel, department heads, and representatives from the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils (BDRRMCs) across the municipality. The meeting aimed to provide a platform for sharing updates and strategies related to disaster risk reduction and response.
