Costales PhD, Administrator of the Metropolitan BLISTT (Baguio, La Trinidad, Itogon, Sablan, Tuba, Tublay) Development Authority (MBLISTTDA), paid a courtesy visit to Itogon Mayor Bernard S. Waclin along with Itogon Municipal Administrator Arnel F. Bahingawan, today, March 18, 2025.
Mayor Waclin expressed his commitment to supporting the programs and initiatives of MBLISTTDA.
MBLISTTDA functions as a unified management unit to implement area-wide services while respecting local autonomy. The authority is governed by a council that includes the Benguet Governor and the mayors of Baguio, La Trinidad, Itogon, Sablan, Tuba, and Tublay.
