Itogon, Benguet–The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Itogon officially welcomed Senior Fire Officer 4 (SFO4) Vincent S Buslotan as the new Municipal Fire Marshal during a flag ceremony held on March 17, 2025, at the Fianza Memorial Gymnasium.
In a separate ceremony on March 14, 2025, the official turnover of command was conducted at the Office of the Provincial Fire Marshal, Benguet, in accordance with Regional Order (REA)-2025-005. The event was led by Acting Provincial Fire Marshal Fire Chief Inspector (FCINSP) Jesus D Yango, marking the transition of key officers at the Itogon Fire Station.
LGU-Itogon also expressed its gratitude to Fire Inspector (FINSP) Edgardo R Reduca for his exemplary service as the outgoing Municipal Fire Marshal. In recognition of his leadership and dedication, Municipal Mayor Hon. Bernard S. Waclin presented him with a Plaque of Appreciation.
LGU-Itogon and Itogon Fire Station remain steadfast in its mission to enhance fire safety measures and ensure the well-being of its constituents.
