The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), in partnership with the Itogon Local Government Unit (LGU) through the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), announces the schedule for the First Quarter Payout of the Social Pension (SocPen) Program in the Municipality of Itogon.
WHAT TO BRING
For active social pensioners:
Present your original senior citizen identification card when claiming.
For authorized representatives (applicable only for senior citizens who are unable to travel due to illness, disability, or being bedridden):
Submit the following:
OSCA Identification Card with three specimen signatures.
Authorized Representative’s Identification Card with three specimen signatures.
Filled-out authorization form with the original signature or thumbmark of the beneficiary, certified by the Punong Barangay.
For deceased beneficiaries (first semester of 2025):
Present the following:
Authorized Representative’s Identification Card with three specimen signatures.
Original or certified true copy of the death certificate.
To verify the list of beneficiaries, please contact your respective barangay LGU.
Kindly inform our elderly beneficiaries (Lola and Lolo) about the schedule.
