Mayor Bernard S. Waclin and Councilor Norberto I. Pacio turned over a newly constructed stage to Trazon S. Fianza Sr. National High School in Tinongdan. The stage was funded through the LGU’s Special Education Fund and was officially presented during the school’s 40th Founding Anniversary celebration on March 27.
