REQUIREMENTS  FOR REGISTRATION

NEW VOTERS

1. Must be a resident in the area for at least 6 months.
2.  Must be citezen of the Philippines.
3.  Must be of good moral character and have not been convicted of any crime involving moral turpitude.
4.  Must not be insine or feeble minded.
5. Must be 18 years old or above  and must bring any of the following  Identification:  (valid identification)

              a). NBI clearance

              b). GSIS/ SSS  ID

              c). Company ID/ employment ID

              d). School ID

              e). Birth Certificate ( optional)

              f). any valid ids

            REQUIREMENTS FOR CHANGE /CORRECTION OF NAME

1. Birth  Certificate/ marriage  contract
2. Affidavit of two dis interested party if no Birth Certificate.
3. Valid Id with picture.
4. Personal appearance at the comelec office.
5. Court order (annulment)
   

REQUIREMENTS  FOR REACTIVATION

( THOSE WHO FAILED TO VOTE 2X)

1. Personal appearance at the Comelec Office.
2. Bring valid Id with picture.
3. Sign  an application form ( Comelec)
4. Conduct  Validation ( if no Biometrics)

REQUIREMENTS  FOR THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO TRANSFER REGISTRATION FROM OTHER MUNICIPALITIES /PROVINCE

1. Personal appearance at the Comelec Office.
2. Bring any valid Id with picture.
3. Must be a resident in the area for at least 6 months.
4. Must possess all the qualifications(new voter).
