June 20 @ 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The Itogon Responders, alongside the Itogon Municipal Health Services Office – Disaster Risk Reduction Management in Health (MHSO-DRRM-H), proudly partnered with the Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation, Inc. to conduct an training session for our dedicated LIPMA miners.
Under the compelling theme, “Ready to Respond: Basic Life Support and Emergency First Aid Training,” participants engaged in comprehensive sessions designed to equip them with critical skills. From immediate response to unforeseen emergencies to providing crucial first aid, this training goes beyond theory.
It embodies the spirit of “Buhay Minero, Ligtas Tayo: Kaligtasan sa Puso ng Pagmimina” (Miner’s Life, We are Safe: Safety at the Heart of Mining), ensuring that safety is not just a concept, but a lived reality for those who work tirelessly beneath our mountains.
This collaborative effort transforms our miners into vital first responders, ready to act decisively when every second counts. It’s a testament to our community’s unwavering commitment to prioritizing safety, nurturing resilience, and protecting every life. We extend our deepest gratitude to everyone involved – from the dedicated trainers to the eager participants and our generous partners – for investing in a safer, more secure future for Itogon.
