The Sangguniang Barangay of Virac has approved a resolution waiving the fees for women who wish to avail themselves of Barangay and Business Clearances, as well as Certificates of Residency. This exemption will take effect on March 10, 2025, and will be granted on a one-time basis.
The resolution aims to encourage and empower women to actively participate in various programs and activities in celebration of National Women’s Month, ensuring that financial barriers do not hinder their involvement.
