The Department of Labor and Employment – Cordillera (DOLE-CAR), under the leadership of its Regional Director Nathaniel V. Lacambra, facilitated the payout of Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa ating Disadvantaged/ Displaced (TUPAD) Workers to 1,075 beneficiaries from nine barangays of Itogon on April 26, 2024, at the Itogon Evacuation Center in Malasin, Ucab.
This initiative was carried out in cooperation with the office of Congressman Eric Yap and the Municipal Government of Itogon, led by Mayor Bernard S. Waclin.
Each beneficiary received 4,300 pesos for their 10 days of labor.
