September 2, 2026 — The Municipal Government of Itogon, headed by Mayor Bernard S. Waclin, joins the nation in observing the 32nd National Crime Prevention Week (NCPW) from September 1 to 7, 2026.
With this year’s theme, “Strengthening Civilian Oversight and Collective Action for Safer Communities,” the observance highlights the importance of active community participation, cooperation among stakeholders, and civilian involvement in preventing crime and promoting peace and public safety.
LGU Itogon encourages every Itogonian to remain vigilant, report suspicious activities, support law enforcement efforts, and take part in initiatives that help build safer and more secure communities.
Through collective action and shared responsibility, a safer Itogon starts with everyone.
