The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Benguet is conducting PhilSys National ID registration and updating services today, August 26, 2026, at the Municipal Gym, Poblacion, Itogon.
Residents who wish to register or update their PhilSys records are advised to bring the following requirements:
For 18 years old and above;
ANY of the Government Issued ID
1. Barangay ID / Certificate
2. NBI Clearance
3. Passport
4. PhilHealth
5. UMID
6. SSS
7. Driver’s License
8. Employee’s ID
9. Voter’s ID / Certificate
10. Senior ID
For ages 5 to 17 years old;
1. PSA / NSO / LCR Copy of Birth Certificate; including one of the following:
A. Student ID
B. Barangay ID / Certificate
For ages 5 to 17 years old;
1. PSA / NSO / LCR Copy of Birth Certificate; including one of the following:
A. Student ID
B. Barangay ID / Certificate
For ages 0 to 4 years old:
A. Certificate of Foundling or Certificate of Live Birth of Person with No Known Parent/s issued by the PSA.
B. Municipal Form No. 102
C. Philippine Passport or ePassport issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)
D. National ID of accompanying parent
Alternative/ Additional Documents (for 0 to 4 years old)
Any documents showing the;
1. Full Name of the child
2. Date and Place of Birth
3. Full name of the mother
4. Full name of the father (if acknowledged)
