The Itogon Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), in coordination with the Municipal Treasury Office, will conduct the payout for 3,388 active and eligible senior citizen beneficiaries on August 18-20, 2026.
For Active Social Pensioners:
Please present your National ID/PhilSys ID: 1 photocopy of national ID (PVC, Temporary black ang White, online, transaction slip) with signature specimen of senior
No awan National Id da ket jay Senior Citizen Identification Card upon claiming your pension.
For Authorized Representatives
(Applicable only for senior citizens who are unable to travel due to illness, disability, or being bedridden)
Kindly submit the following requirements:
Certified True Copy of the beneficiary’s National ID/PhilSys ID/OSCA Identification Card with three (3) specimen signatures.
Certified True Copy of Authorized Representative’s Identification Card with three (3) specimen signatures.
Duly accomplished Authorization and Certification Form bearing the original signature or thumbmark of the beneficiary, duly certified by the Punong Barangay.
NOTE: The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), requires all senior citizen beneficiaries to present their National ID (PhilSys ID) for verification during the Social Pension payout.
