The Municipal Health Services Office of Itogon reminds residents to ensure cleanliness in their surroundings and destroy mosquito breeding sites to prevent the possible spread of dengue.
Residents are also strongly urged to seek immediate medical consultation when dengue symptoms are felt or seen in other individuals.
The reminders came following the confirmation of the municipality’s first dengue-related death.
