TESDA Benguet, in strategic partnership with the Local Government Unit of Itogon, marked a transformative milestone in community development through the successful culmination of its Community-Based Training programs under the Train LOKAL (Localized Opportunities for Knowledge Access and Lifelong Learning).
This TESDA initiative empowers LGUs to manage grassroots skills training based on local labor needs, with TESDA providing the modules, certification, and assessment support to make it happen.
