LA TRINIDAD, Benguet — Three small-scale mining associations in Itogon can now legally operate within the Loacan Minahang Bayan after receiving interim contracts from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, allowing them to continue mining while completing the requirements for permanent agreements.
