In response to the ongoing transport challenges, a local gas station located at Domilos Compound in Tuding, Itogon will offer a one-day discounted diesel price exclusively for Public Utility Jeepneys (PUJs) and taxis on April 9, 2026.
For this one-day initiative, diesel will be priced at ₱139 per liter, available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
The proprietor clarified that fuel will be dispensed directly to vehicles only, and filling of containers will not be allowed.
This initiative aims to provide immediate relief to public transport drivers affected by rising fuel costs and operational constraints.
