April 27, 2026 – Fresh Kabayan vegetables, including cauliflower, potatoes, wombok, and other assorted produce, are now available for sale today at the Municipal Grounds in Poblacion.
The Kabayan Organic Practitioners Integrated Farm has consolidated the harvest of local farmers from the Municipality of Kabayan to bring fresh, affordable vegetables closer to consumers.
Ms. Julie Felix of Kabayan shared that the initiative, in coordination with the LGUs of Kabayan and Itogon, aims to support farmers in selling their produce amid rising fuel costs, which continue to affect transportation and market access.
Residents are encouraged to drop by and support local farmers by purchasing fresh Kabayan vegetables.
