In observance of the Holy Week, the Municipal Government of Itogon informs the public that a total liquor ban will be strictly enforced from April 1 to 5, 2026.
Pursuant to Municipal Ordinance–Resolution No. 148, Series of 2026, all establishments engaged in the sale of alcoholic beverages are hereby directed to comply with the temporary prohibition. The ordinance mandates a complete ban on the sale of liquor during the specified period.
Accordingly, the sale, serving, distribution of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited within Itogon.
This measure is intended to promote a peaceful, solemn, and orderly observance of the Holy Week.
The Municipal Government of Itogon calls on the public’s full cooperation. Violators shall be dealt with in accordance with existing laws and ordinances.
